the verses before this one talk of how God tells Moses to gather elders from Israel to help him bear the burden of the people. Moses was at a breaking point, feeling as though he wasn't meeting expectations, wasn't being the leader he needed to be, that God gave him too many responsibilities.
And I don't know a woman that hasn't felt this way. That has felt as if they don't measure up, that they aren't enough.
God answers Moses' prayer.
